How the engagement runs
Discovery week
We collect current supplier lists, invoice samples, complaint logs, and occupancy or banquet calendars. You prepare access to receiving records and storerooms.
Category deep dives
We review lead times, minimum orders, and quality notes for each priority category. Site visits in Greater Tainan are preferred; remote document review is available for northern properties.
Plan delivery
You receive the vendor plan and a live briefing. Optional follow-up hours can cover renewal conversations you choose to lead with suppliers.
Duration, location, and pricing basis
Most engagements run three to five weeks depending on category count and document readiness. Work happens at your property, at our office at 126 Sanmin Road,East District,Tainan City,701,Taiwan, or by scheduled video sessions.
